Join the SONG Haiku Crew on November 20th at 7pm CST for “Freedom Knows Our Names”, the follow-up event to their 2020 Black August group haiku practice. Building on the legacy of Black August haiku writing created by Mama Nia of Spirit House, Deborah Lilton, Ron Ragin, FreeQuency, Ra Imhotep, and Cherizar Crippen will read selected haikus and engage in conversation on Black creativity, collective practice, and freedom dreaming during these times⠀
