Granted Spring 2019
Political Education is a method of social change. This team is a group of formerly incarcerated black mamas/ caregivers, angelic troublemakers, lightworkers, healers, and freedom singers who are centering the presence/experiences of folks directly impacted. They will provide a four (4) weeks of Political Education (PE) to formerly incarcerated black mamas, black caregivers impacted by incarceration, and black youth housed at a juvenile center in Greater New Orleans.
