As the #MeltingICE campaign grows and defines itself within SONG, Ice out of Richmond provides an excellent model for base community engagement. Supporting efforts to work to support Richmond Chapter as they develop ties of solidarity with ICE OUT can give us the learning tools we need to continue working and reworking our models and tools to reach the Latinx community, educate and create leaders within that community and learning from each other as SONG provides organizational support to help ICE out of Richmond develop as they work on the ground on the things they feel like our community needs.
