Announcing Won’t You Be My Gaybor? Organizing Drive
As queer and trans people across the South, we know that the safest community is an organized one.
Between ICE raids and rampant anti-trans legislation, attacks against Black, immigrant, queer and trans people continue to intensify under the current administration. Let’s engage in the simple but powerful act of getting to know our neighbors by Knocking Our Blocks. This work will help us create community defense and disaster response and prevention networks across the Southern region to defend queer and trans kin, fight back against targeting of Black and immigrant communities, and address ongoing climate catastrophes.
Join us on Tuesday, March 11th at 7 pm EST/ 6 pm CST to learn more about our regional effort to Knock Our Blocks across the South, starting with your very own neighborhood, country road, or holler.
Click the button below to register, recruit 3-5 friends to the launch call, and SONG will provide you with all the materials, swag, and support you’ll need!

Hello,
I am looking forward to engaging with community to support my queer and trans neighbors. Thank you for setting up this campaign and helping me find the strength to participate in change during horrific times.
Best,
Caroline
